Mar 24, 2006 - ALBIS currently unavailable in China.
We have learned that ALBIS cannot be accessed in the People's Republic of China, probably because our web host is being blocked by the PRC authorities. This could be because political or dissident sites are also using the same web host. We will deal with issue by transferring to another web host in the coming months. We will announce it here once we know the date.
